While Waiting for the home inspection...

Here is the house. While it lacks a certain something in CURB appeal, there is definite potential here.


On the east side of the carport, there is about 20 feet more gravel driveway...room for a boat or RV ;)


Here's Andrew checking out the kitchen. That's an extra wide gas cooker with a built in grill for pancakes MNNNNNN

And from the other end...here's the eating area attached to the kitchen.

Step outside onto the covered patio....davey loved this feature.

The view down to the yard. That's an apple tree in the middle.

Downstairs is another bedroom. That's a walk in closet on the far wall.


Here is the rec room downstairs.

And here I'm standing in the rec room looking back towards the bedroom. In between the room and the stairs is a little alcove that would be perfect for reading to the kids.
